Not long ago, my coach sent me a massive list covering most movements that we can be exposed to in Crossfit. He asked me to look through the list and write down which movements that I feel less comfortable with and in which specific setting.
I never took the time to get an overview over my fears and limiters and always just trained hard without having a specific plan in the past.
Working with a coach has helped to identify the limiters in my fitness. Now that they have been identified, my coach comes up with a detailed plan on how to address them in order for me to become better.
Sometimes you have to take one step back, in order to take two steps forward. Even a coach needs a coach. The moment you think you don’t, you stop growing and you loose.
