Work, life, training balance
What are your able to commit. Align your values in order to decide how much you are willing to commit to achieve your goal.
Make sure that you pay attention to the signals that your body sends you. (Sleep quality, mood, lack of creativity, stress/anxiety). These will all be a good marker of health and also work as warnings when things are getting out of hand.
c/Understanding the principle of :”Working out vs working in”
Out= Using energy. Taxing your system.
In=Refueling the engine to reach balance.
d/ Training flow:
In order to have a good training flow you must be fully focused. In order to get to the stage of laser focus make sure to:
1: No outside distractions. No phone.
2: Pre-training fulfillment. Get the stuff that is most important done before training in order to bring it 100% and not worry about other things.
