So as you might have seen on my social media channels over the past few weeks, I have been on a training camp at The Training Think Tank. After listening to 6 different speeches at the TTT Open prep camp, I wanted to share my notes from each and everyone of them in 6 separate blog posts. The major take-aways that I found useful from each of the TTT coaches are highlighted in a very short and comprised note setting below. I hope these notes can help you as much as they have helped me!

Step 1. DETERMINE WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL
In vs out (Focus on “in”)
Broaden your scope.
Increase your tool box.
Step 2. SET YOUR EXPECTATIONS ONLY ON THE THINGS YOU CONTROL
“Outside expectations are the spoilers of all good outcomes.”
Step 3. CREATE BELIEF
Create a plan.

3. Positive self-talk. Don’t stop vs Keep pushing.

Protects what is precious to you.

After each Open workout you ask yourself:
Did I get into the arena and fight today?
If you are participating in the Open, I hope that you crush it!
