Elbow prehab & rehab exercises:
Throughout the last 7 months I’ve been struggling with Medial Epicondylitis (Golfers elbow) which seems to be a fairly common injury in the sport of fitness.
I have tried so many different exercises to make the pain go away, and in this article, I will highlight the most effective ones (in my case). I want to give a massive thanks to my coach Kyle Ruth and everyone at Diversified Integrated Sports Clinic for helping me out on my long journey to get rid of elbow pain (even though I’m not yet 100% painfree, but soon!)
Try these 8 exercises out to either help get rid of elbow pain or to even prevent it from happening in the first place!
(*Make sure to only do the exercises that are pain free.)

Nerve flossing (Ulnar Nerve)
Exercise #2

I hope that you have found these exercises helpful!
